At Joheela, we want you to feel confident and comfortable in your new dance heels, which is why we offer a 14-day return period from the date of delivery. If your shoes don't fit perfectly or meet your expectations, you can easily exchange them for a different size or request a refund.

Return Process

  Place the shoes in their original packaging, ensuring they are unworn and in pristine condition with all protective films intact.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our team receives and inspects your return, we will process your exchange or issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
